We Respond to Questions About Recoil Pads

Questions that we receive on our Facebook page and emails that we receive from customers are answered as thoroughly as possible given the information provided. If we every need more information from the customer, or if the explanation is lengthy or complex, we may ask for a customer’s telephone number, or to call our office if it is more convenient for them, so we can talk personally and ask questions that will help both of us come up with the best solution.

During our one-on-one conversation with any customer, we do everything possible to communicate in a straight forward manner that is intended to create a meaningful conversation that in the end comes up with the right solution as well as creating a friendship/relationship with each other. We openly admit that we don’t have all the answers or solutions, but we do believe that by working together with our customers we can usually come up with a solution which in the end, creates goodwill for both of us.
