Can I return or exchange an item?
You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Please send us back the product WITH your order number to the address below:

If you would like to exchange the product please let us know what you would like it exchanged for and your return shipping address.
How long does it take for an exchange to happen?
Once we recieve your pad, M-F, we try and get you the exchange pad out within 2-3 business days.
How long does it take for a return to get credited back?
Once we recieve your return, Monday-Friday, we check in all returns within 2-3 business days and you will get an email once the funds have been sent back to the credit card.
